What vector file formats do you accept for my logo?

We accept AI (Adobe Illustrator), SVG, EPS, and high-resolution PDF or transparent PNG (minimum 1000×1000 px). If you only have a standard Canva design or JPEG, our studio team will convert and vectorize it for free before production.

Will I get to approve a digital mockup before manufacturing begins?

Absolutely. Within 12 hours of placing your order, we email you an exact 1:1 scale digital proof detailing logo positioning, millimeter margins, and foil color confirmation. Production will NOT start until you give 100% written sign-off.

What does "DDP Air Shipping" mean? Will I have to pay import customs or duties?

DDP stands for Delivered Duty Paid. All export clearance, air freight, import tariffs, customs inspections, and final-mile courier delivery (USPS / FedEx / DHL) are 100% prepaid by us. You will never receive a surprise customs invoice at your door.

Can I customize the snap button color or pouch stitching?
